Order via purchase order
For companies, educational institutions, design studios, and other organizations that work with an internal ordering procedure, we offer the option to order via a purchase order (PO). This is an efficient way to place orders within your organization without having to check out directly through the webshop.
You can easily submit a purchase order by emailing it as a PDF to info@lasercutsupply.nl. Clearly mention the following details in your order:
-Purchase order number / reference (if applicable)
-Desired products with all accompanying information (quantities, thickness, size, color, finish, etc.)
-Invoice and delivery address
-Name and email address of the contact person
-Any internal cost center or project code
For orders via purchase order, we charge €10 administration fees (ex VAT).
What to expect after we receive your PO
As soon as we receive your PO, we will verify it and send you an order confirmation. You will then receive an invoice with a 30-day payment term, unless otherwise agreed. The order will be processed once the order is approved, and we aim for quick delivery according to our regular shipping times.
