Return Policy

We do our best to deliver your order with care. Not satisfied or received the wrong item? Returns are possible; below you will find the conditions. 

Return conditions

-A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
-You have 14 days after submitting your return request to send the items back.
-The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
-Custom-made or specially cut-to-size materials cannot be returned.

Register a return

Before you return a product, the return must be registered first. You can do this by sending an email to info@laserlokaal.com with "Return + order number" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number and which items you are returning in this email.

Ensure that your order number is also visible on/in the box so we can process your return quickly. 

Shipping & costs

You can send your return directly to the address below after registering it; you do not have to wait for a confirmation (although you will always receive one from us):

-The shipping costs and shipping risk are the responsibility of the customer.
-We recommend sending the package with track & trace.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accept insufficiently stamped returns.
-Returns that do not meet the return conditions can unfortunately not be accepted.

Processing returns

After we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation of this.
