We do our best to deliver your order with care. Not satisfied or received something wrong? Returns are possible, below you will find the conditions. 

Register return

Before you return a product, the return must first be registered. You do this by filling out the return form and sending it to us via email at info@lasercutsupply.nl with your order number and "return" in the subject line

Make sure to also include a printed copy of this form in the box, so we can process your return quickly.

After approval, you can return the product to the following address:

-The shipping costs and shipping risk are the responsibility of the customer.

-We recommend sending the package with track &and trace.

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept insufficiently stamped returns.

Return conditions

-Return requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order.

-You have 14 days after sending your return request to return the items

-The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

-Custom or specially cut materials cannot be returned.

Processing returns

Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation of this.
