Free shipping: We do not charge shipping costs on orders over €250.

Delivery time

The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

France, Austria & Denmark: 3–5 business days

Spain, Italy and other countries: 4–7 business days

The stated delivery times are only an indication. We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the carrier. If we are unable to supply all products immediately, we will contact you to discuss the options (e.g., partial delivery or delayed shipment).

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via a reliable carrier (e.g., PostNL, DHL, or DPD).

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can track your package.

Pickup

By appointment, it is possible to pick up your order free of charge at our warehouse in Wormerveer. To do this, select the “Pickup” option during checkout.

Damage or loss

- Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

- Is there damage or an incomplete package? Please contact us within 48 hours via [email address].

- If your package does not arrive, we will resolve this together with the carrier.
