Material overview
Our poplar plywood sheets consist of multiple thin layers of poplar wood, compressed into a sturdy, lightweight, and smooth board. These high-quality sheets are ideal for laser cutting and engraving thanks to their uniform wood structure, minimal warping, and the absence of large knots or irregularities.
When using a CO₂ laser, the material cuts very precisely, leaving a cut edge in a warm wood tone with minimal splintering. Engravings turn out subtly brown, offering a natural look and good readability. Thanks to the thin veneer layers, the dimensional stability is high and deformation is kept to a minimum.

Zijn de platen de exact aangegeven maat?
We snijden/zagen de platen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk. Kleine afwijkingen van enkele millimeters kunnen voorkomen door het zaag- of snijproces.
Kan ik materialen retourneren?
Ja, ongebruikte en onbeschadigde materialen kunnen binnen 14 dagen worden geretourneerd. Op maat gemaakte of speciaal bestelde platen vallen hier niet onder. Meer informatie vind je op onze retourpagina.
