Material Overview
BioPanel is a circularly produced bioplastic sheet, made from 100% biobased raw materials such as industrial hemp fibers and PLA (lactide biopolymer). The result is a strong, lightweight, and fully recyclable material that is even biodegradable. Available in both brown and black, it retains its shape in outdoor climates without compromising on quality—sustainable technology and design in one.

How do I know if a material is suitable for my laser cutter?
Every product page indicates which types of lasers the material is suitable for (e.g. CO₂ or diode lasers). If you are unsure, feel free to contact us. We are happy to advise you.
Are the sheets exactly the specified size?
We cut or saw the sheets as accurately as possible. Minor deviations of a few millimeters may occur due to the sawing or cutting process.
Can I return materials?
Yes, unused and undamaged materials can be returned within 14 days. Custom-made or specially ordered sheets are excluded. You can find more information on our returns page.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
