Material Overview

Our brown MDF boards are made from compressed wood fibers (Medium Density Fibreboard) and are smoothly finished on both sides. This fine, homogeneous material is exceptionally suitable for laser cutting and laser engraving. Thanks to the consistent density, it cuts cleanly and splinter-free, with minimal post-processing.

When laser cutting, a dark, sharp cutting line is created with a small cutting width of approximately 0.2 mm. Engravings appear deep brown with sharp contrast, without discoloration or burning of the surface.
