Material Overview

Our brown MDF boards are made from compressed wood fibers (Medium Density Fibreboard) and have a smooth finish on both sides. This fine, homogeneous material is highly suitable for laser cutting and laser engraving. Thanks to its consistent density, it cuts cleanly and splinter-free, requiring minimal post-processing.

Laser cutting creates a dark, clean cutting line with a narrow kerf of approximately 0.2 mm. Engravings appear deep brown with sharp contrast, without discoloration or surface burning.
