Material Overview

PE hard foam is a dense, closed-cell polyethylene foam that is moisture and air-tight, making it highly resistant to chemicals. This matte black foam feels sturdy yet resilient, similar to high-end packaging materials or flight case inlays. It has been specially selected for laser cutting: sharp, clean cut edges without black residue, featuring a slightly angled sensitive notch.
