Material overview
PE rigid foam is a dense, closed-cell polyethylene foam that is moisture- and airtight, making it highly resistant to chemicals. This matte black foam feels sturdy yet resilient, similar to high-end packaging materials or flight case inlays. It has been specially selected for laser cutting: sharp, clean cut edges without black deposits, with a slightly angle-sensitive kerf (the cut is slightly slanted).

Applications

Op iedere productpagina staat aangegeven voor welke soorten lasers het materiaal geschikt is (bijvoorbeeld CO₂- of diodelaser). Twijfel je? Neem gerust contact met ons op, wij adviseren je graag.
Zijn de platen de exact aangegeven maat?
We snijden/zagen de platen zo nauwkeurig mogelijk. Kleine afwijkingen van enkele millimeters kunnen voorkomen door het zaag- of snijproces.
Kan ik materialen retourneren?
Ja, ongebruikte en onbeschadigde materialen kunnen binnen 14 dagen worden geretourneerd. Op maat gemaakte of speciaal bestelde platen vallen hier niet onder. Meer informatie vind je op onze retourpagina.
