Material Overview

PET felt is a sturdy and lightweight material made from polyester fibers compressed into a soft felt structure. When laser cutting, the felt cuts cleanly, with edges that feel harder due to melted fibers, and become slightly darker than the color of the material. Line engravings almost completely disappear into the material, but you can use them to make the material more flexible for sharp edges or fold constructions.
