Material Overview

Our 0.12 mm Mylar film is a very thin, flexible milky white polyester film with a subtle sheen. Ideal for laser cutting, as it is extremely thin and allows for very precise cuts. Engraving is not applicable here – this material is exclusively suitable for flat cutting.

Mylar film is stored on rolls in our warehouse, and it may be that the sheets curl slightly. You can remedy this by weighing the sheets down in the machine or by first laying the sheets flat under a thicker plate.

Suitable for templates in graphic work, precision drawings, paint projects, and temporary displays. Thanks to its sharpness and transparency, ideal for repeated use.
