Material overview
Our 0.12 mm Mylar film is a very thin, flexible, milky white polyester film with a subtle sheen. It is ideal for laser cutting, as its minimal thickness allows for highly precise cuts. Laser engraving is not applicable here – this material is exclusively suitable for flat cutting.
Since Mylar film is stored on rolls in our warehouse, the sheets may curl slightly. You can easily fix this by weighing the sheets down inside the laser machine or by first laying them flat under a thicker board.
